As an Amazon delivery driver, committing to your duties during the winter months can be quite the shiver. Ten-hour days in freezing temperatures with wind chills, and high ground snow while walking long distances and driving in a van that hasn’t had too much time to heat up on the inside. A pair of quality winter work socks that can not only help keep your feet warm but perform effectively throughout the physicality of a delivery driver's route is necessary to work at a peak level in the cold winter weather.

The winter socks that have worked best for me have lasted a few winters. They have not only aided in keeping my feet incredibly warm but kept their effectiveness as if I just bought them recently.

I have yet to see a hole, stitching complications, or any significant wear and tear for that matter. Carhartt Men’s Crew Socks are the perfect socks to wear during various brutal cold winter days as an Amazon delivery driver.

Although I’ve only tried one style, I’ve heard Carhartt has many other incredible styles that are highly reviewed. I heard Carhartt, overall, just makes a quality winter socks for outdoor workers.

The winter socks that I feel are best to wear during the winter months as an Amazon delivery man are the Carhartt Men's A118-4 Cold Weather Wool Blend Crew Socks

These socks are extremely comfortable, warm, durable, fast-drying, flexible, and quite stylish.

I have worn my Carhartt socks starting in the winter of 2020 and they are still in good wearable, and effective condition. I must disclose the fact that wearing such a high-performing sock, I’ve had warmer, dryer, and more comfortable feet throughout winter as a driver, even while walking through snow.

Other than their advantaged performance, my girlfriend took a pair a pair. She loves them. She put them right in her sock drawer with all the others.

Because I’m a fan of the style of the socks, I’m not opposed to pulling my pant leg up and extending my sock up to my knee just to show the attractive grey and green combination design. Knowing my girlfriend loves these socks, I feel even more confident to show them off with no restraint.

While making deliveries in my Carhatt cold weather crew socks, I’ve never really felt any critical coldness to my feet unlike wearing non-winter crew socks.

I’ve walked up long snow-filled driveways with snow that came up to my calves. I’ve stepped in cold water puddles. I had to stand outside for over 30 minutes in freezing temperatures: waiting for dispatch to arrive for a meeting and then stand in the actual outdoor meeting.

Although I wore a pair of winter boots to help keep my feet warm, when wearing non-winter socks there is a big difference. Delivering 300 packages in the winter into the night, cold sets in. And the Carhartt cold-weather socks are a game-changer.

Within long days of work, without a pair of quality work socks, your feet can feel frozen. You’ll lose your feeling. When your feet are in this condition it can be difficult to walk which means less efficiency when doing your job.

However, the Carhartt cold-winter socks contribute to my delivery days of full smiles. I’m able to have warmer feet and feel them without the numb discomfort. The faster a delivery driver gets their job done, the happier management, especially when it’s done rightfully.

These socks are made of 36% polyester, 41% acrylic, 19% nylon, 14% wool, and 1% elastane. In my opinion, this combination, and its percentages, are my golden mix for a quality winter sock.

Honestly, these Carhartt socks are my favorite winter socks in my collection. I have another pair, from another brand, that is quite close in comfort but they are just too thick to wear with my boots.

It’s a satisfaction to surround my feet and step my soles down onto this style of sock by Carhartt. With every step, it feels like stepping barefoot on the comfy carpet in my living room. And with the warmth provided along with the comfort, the feel is almost like a cozy bed for my feet.

Because the condition of my feet, with these Carhartt winter crew socks, are warm, and comfortable, I can continue on my delivery route in cold temperatures without discomfort.

As an Amazon driver, wearing a pair of winter socks - with a winter boot - that were designed with quality in mind to effectively withstand the cold temperatures and to provide noticeable comfort is required. You should be able to make deliveries in cold temperatures for long durations, including snowy grounds in the Carhartt Men’s Cold Weather Wool Blend Crew Socks.

In the process, you should not be able to feel that freezing cold temperature that is known to penetrate other types of socks worn on a delivery route in the winter, even with winter boots.

Your feet will be quite comfy and you’ll look forward to another cold day with a smile when you slide these Carhartt winter socks on your feet.

My Carhatt winter socks are still in useable condition to wear on an Amazon route this winter. With nearly three years of winter wear (two winters thus far), my Carhartt winter crew socks have been there with me through, not only through the entire winter but during the busy times of Christmas and New Year's.

At a price point of $18.77, I can continue to restock these Carhatt winter socks without breaking the bank. Or, I can try a different style of Carhatt winter socks which comes in many other materials, lengths, and colors for roughly the same price point.

The socks I own do have a bit of wear and tear over two-plus years, but no holes, or loose stitching and they have not lost their shape. They can still work effectively through a long cold winter day outdoors if I need them to perform.
